TripHatke operates as a lead marketplace connecting travelers with verified travel agents and tour operators. We do not directly provide travel services but facilitate connections between parties.
2.1 For Travelers
- You can submit travel requirements free of charge
- Your information will be shared with verified travel agents
- You may receive quotes from multiple agents
- You are not obligated to book with any agent
2.2 For Travel Agents
- You must complete KYC verification (GST, PAN, Aadhaar)
- You purchase leads using wallet credits
- Each lead can be purchased by maximum 3 agents
- Lead information is confidential and for your use only
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Wallet Credits
- Agents must purchase wallet credits to access leads
- Credits are non-refundable except in cases of system errors
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
4.2 Refunds
- Refunds may be issued for invalid or duplicate leads
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed as wallet credits
- Final decision on refunds rests with TripHatke
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share or resell lead information
- Use automated systems to access our platform
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass or spam other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent our payment system
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TripHatke, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TripHatke acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:
- Quality of services provided by travel agents
- Disputes between travelers and agents
- Accuracy of information provided by users
- Any losses arising from use of our platform
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with Indian law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
