Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution
1. Platform Role
triphatke.com is a marketplace platform operated by Ar Trading Co that connects travelers with independent travel agents. We do not provide, operate, or fulfill any travel services directly. All bookings, payments, and services are arranged between travelers and agents directly on their own terms.
2. Lead Purchases by Agents
Agents may purchase leads (enquiry contacts) on our platform. Refunds for lead purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If a lead is verified to be fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid (wrong contact information, fake enquiry), a refund or credit may be issued upon review
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the lead purchase
- We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a lead qualifies for a refund
- Lead quality (e.g., the traveler not responding, not interested, or not converting) does not qualify for a refund
3. Agent Subscriptions & Services
- Subscription fees for agent accounts and services are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated
- Agents may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the billing period
- Any prepaid service credits or balances are non-refundable and non-transferable
4. Travel Bookings Between Travelers & Agents
Since triphatke.com does not process payments for travel bookings or act as a booking intermediary, refund policies for travel services are determined solely by the individual agent and the agreement between the traveler and the agent. We strongly recommend:
- Reviewing the agent's refund and cancellation policy before making any payment or booking
- Obtaining written confirmation of all terms, including cancellation and refund policies, directly from the agent
- Purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or changes
We assume no responsibility or liability for any refund disputes between travelers and agents regarding travel bookings.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge on our platform was made in error, please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Initiating an unnecessary or fraudulent chargeback may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Legal action to recover the charged-back amount plus all associated fees and costs
- Reporting to relevant credit bureaus and authorities
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or any other matter, please follow this process:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your issue
- We will review your case and respond within 7-10 business days
- If we are unable to resolve the matter, we may suggest mediation or alternative dispute resolution
- Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
